Positive: Location, apartment, security and parking
Negative: The onboarding process was quite frustrating. The contact person wasn’t answering calls, and my phone wasn’t working properly. Even after trying a different number, we couldn’t reach her until we asked security for assistance. It felt like a mission just to get in touch with the person responsible for handing over the key. When we finally did, her instructions about the required documentation were unclear. However, she was responsive via the Booking.com chat, which helped somewhat. That said, once we got past the initial hassle, the place itself was very nice and comfortable.
Summary: Nice, peaceful and quite place to stay.
